When first reaching Ustengrav, you will come across multiple bandits and necromancers fighting each other outside of the burial site. You can run past them since they are focused on attacking each other, or you can take them down yourself.
Using your bow from a distance is a great way to snipe these foes. Before charging into the battle between the bandits and necromancers, make sure to bring along health potions to quickly heal yourself while in battle. Make your way through the first level of Ustengrav. You will encounter Draugr through the first level of Ustengrav. A lot of mages will be fighting some bandits as soon as you open the door and can prove difficult if you're a high level as they'll rank up to as high as Master and throw some SERIOUSLY deadly spells at you. After swinging away at a web-wall you can head forward to the portcullis. Open it with the chain. I prefer not to suffer myself of manual labor. Weak-willed rabble. Even in death they're almost useless. It's impossible. Those ones must have found something. These can tend to themselves for a few minutes.
